Mother, entrepreneur, wife, and evangelist, Victoria was born in 1955 in the tropical farmlands of trelawny Jamaica. She is one of 12 children from Benjamin and Louise gray who test her with helping them raise her other siblings. Some of her daily duties were cleaning, tending to the crops and livestock, and of course, cooking. Jamaica is home to many unique, fun, and bold flavors from a myriad of plants. While growing up, Victoria's access to these tropically grown plants has allowed her to become familiar with these Jamaican treasures and combine them into recipes never tasted before. Being a faithful member of the Christian church, many persons who tasted her food regard her talent to be a gift from god. Victoria believes now is the time to share this gift of Jamaican treasures.
